This is our flagship cuvée. The Pinot Noir planted here is a 21-lineage Pinot Noir crossed with 8 clone rootstock. We are committed to small-grained Pinot Noir, and although it's a risk, we cultivate it in the same extremely low fruit zone as Burgundy, France, at 30cm to 60cm (the general fruit zone in Japan is 80cm to 130cm). This allows us to harvest grapes that are full of flavor. The unique aroma and flavor truly express the unique characteristics of Pinot Noir.
